【摘要】 目的 探讨中药沐足联合耳穴贴压在促进子痫前期剖宫产术后康复中的疗效。方法 选取2023年1月至2024年12月在江西省妇幼保健院接受剖宫产的266例子痫前期患者为研究对象，按剖宫产术后不同康复治疗方法分为研究组和对照组，每组133例。对照组接受常规治疗，研究组在常规治疗基础上联合应用中药沐足和耳穴贴压进行术后康复。通过比较术后恶露量、首次排气时间、术后住院时间、焦虑、抑郁评分及满意度等指标，评估临床疗效。结果 研究组术后首次排气时间[25(20,30)h]和住院时间短于对照组，其术后焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组，研究组患者的就医满意度(98.5%)高于对照组(96.2%),2组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中药沐足联合耳穴贴压能有效缩短子痫前期患者术后恢复时间，改善其心理状态，促进术后康复，具有较好的临床应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) foot bath combined with auricular point sticking in promoting postpartum rehabilitation of patients with preeclampsia after cesarean section. Methods A total of 266 preeclampsia patients who underwent cesarean section at Jiangxi Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 and December 2024 were selected as the research subjects, and divided into a study group and a control group by different treatments, with 133 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, while the study group was given TCM foot bath combined with auricular point sticking for postoperative rehabilitation on the basis of conventional treatment. The clinical efficacy was evaluated by comparing indicators such as postoperative lochia volume, first exhaust time, postoperative hospital stay, anxiety and depression scores, and patient satisfaction. Results The first exhaust time and postoperative hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group; and the postoperative anxiety and depression scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group. In addition, the medical service satisfaction of patients in the study group was also higher than that in the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant. Conclusion TCM foot bath combined with auricular point sticking can effectively shorten the postoperative recovery time of preeclampsia patients, improve their mental state, and promote postoperative rehabilitation, which has a good prospect of clinical application.更多还原
