【Abstract】 Using the concept of unity of shape and spirit to guide the prevention and treatment of diseases is an important means of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment.The treatment of cognitive impairment after stroke holds significant therapeutic value based on the concept of the unity of shape and spirit.Explain the etiology and pathogenesis of post-stroke cognitive impairment from the perspective of the integration of shape and spirit, and clarify that the observation of the spirit and the acupoints are consistent with the integration of shape and spirit in the process of syndrome differentiation of cognitive impairment, and use acupuncture to treat cognitive impairment according to the changes of the disease.According to the clinical manifestations of cognitive impairment, discussing the selection and application principles of acupoints for regulating spirit and shape provides a reference for treating cognitive dysfunction using the theory of physical and mental homology.更多还原
