阿拉善地块东部古元古代泥质片麻岩的变质作用与年代学研究
Metamorphism and geochronology of Paleoproterozoic pelitic gneisses in the eastern Alxa Block
【摘要】 阿拉善地块的构造归属争议长期存在,其与华北克拉通的亲缘性亟待关键证据约束。本文聚焦阿拉善地块东部叠布斯格地区新识别的泥质片麻岩-磁铁石英岩共生组合,通过野外地质调查、岩相学观察、矿物化学分析、相平衡模拟及锆石-独居石原位微区年代学研究,确立该区存在典型孔兹岩系岩石组合,并揭示其变质演化过程与构造意义。研究表明:(1)泥质片麻岩(样品15AZ16-1、14LH10-4)岩性为夕线石榴黑云斜长片麻岩,发育峰期矿物组合石榴子石+夕线石+黑云母+斜长石±条纹长石+金红石+钛铁矿+熔体(M2期),指示中压麻粒岩相变质作用,岩石保留的高Al2O3(约25%~30%)、低SiO2(<50%)特征进一步反映其经历过强烈的熔体抽离作用;(2)相平衡模拟基于NCKFMASHTO体系,限定峰期温压条件为约800~850℃、0.8~1.0GPa,并重建出降温降压退变质P-T轨迹,记录的退变质阶段温压条件为约700℃、0.7GPa;(3)锆石(1955~1776Ma)与独居石原位U-Pb年龄(1965~1780Ma)均呈连续演化特征,部分独居石上交点年龄约1.93~1.92Ga记录了与孔兹岩带超高温变质相一致的近峰期变质时限;(4)岩石组合、变质演化及年代学特征与华北克拉通孔兹岩带高度一致,结合区域新太古代TTG片麻岩(约2.7~2.5Ga)及古元古代高压/超高温麻粒岩证据,证实阿拉善地块在新太古代-古元古代属华北克拉通孔兹岩带的西延构造单元。本研究为阿拉善-华北克拉通早前寒武纪基底亲缘性提供了岩石学-变质作用-年代学的多重证据。
【Abstract】 The tectonic affinity of the Alxa Block remains contentious,with its relationship to the North China Craton(NCC)urgently requiring critical constraints.This study focuses on the newly identified pelitic gneisses in the Diebusige area of eastern Alxa Block.Through integrated field investigations,petrography,mineral geochemistry,phase equilibria modeling,and in situ zirconmonazite geochronology,we establish a diagnostic Khondalite-series lithological assemblage and decipher its metamorphic evolution and tectonic significance.Key findings reveal:(1) Pelitic gneisses(samples 15AZ16-1,14LH10-4) comprise sillimanite-garnet-biotiteplagioclase gneiss with peak assemblages(M2:Grt+Sil+Bt+Pl± Per+Rt+Ilm+melt),indicating medium-pressure granulitefacies metamorphism.The whole-rock compositions with high Al2O3(ca.25%~30%) and low SiO2(<50%) represent the granulitefacies relicts after extensive melt extraction.(2) Phase equilibria modeling(NCKFMASHTO system) constrains peak P-T conditions at ca.800~850℃,0.8~1.0GPa and defines a cooling retrograde path with decompression(retrograde stage:ca.700℃,0.7 GPa).(3) Continuous zircon(1955~1776Ma) and monazite(1965~1780Ma) U-Pb age arrays record the prolonged metamorphism during Paleoproterozoic.Some monazite upper-intercept ages(ca.1.93~1.92Ga) correspond to near-peak ultrahigh-temperature(UHT)metamorphism in the Khondalite Belt.(4) The lithological assemblage,metamorphic evolution,and geochronology exhibit striking coherence with the Khondalite Belt,NCC.Integrating regional Neoarchean TTG gneisses(ca.2.7~2.5Ga) and Paleoproterozoic highpressure/UHT granulites,we demonstrate that the Alxa Block constituted the western extension of the Khondalite Belt during the Neoarchean-Paleoproterozoic.This study provides tripartite evidence(petrological-metamorphic-geochronological) for the linkage between the Alxa Block and NCC basements.
