基于产教融汇的项目导向型艺术设计研究生培养模式研究

【摘要】 文章针对新工科背景下艺术设计研究生培养定位模糊、实践不足及产教脱节问题,构建项目导向的产教融汇模式,提升人才与产业适配性。重构培养目标,建立“基础—专业—实践”三维课程体系,以项目重组教学内容,构建“筑基—进阶—淬炼”三阶能力链,打造校企双师团队与育人生态。该模式有效解决教学模糊、指导薄弱、理论与实践脱节等瓶颈,显著提升学生工程实践能力、创新思维与职业适应性,形成“课程—项目—能力”深度耦合的培养闭环。

【Abstract】 To address the issues of ambiguous training objectives, insufficient practical experience, and disconnect between education and industry in art and design graduate programs under the new engineering education paradigm, this study establishes a project-oriented industry-education integration model to enhance talent-industry alignment. Training objectives were restructured to establish a three-dimensional curriculum system encompassing “foundation-specialization-practice.” Teaching content was reorganized through projects to construct a three-stage competency chain of “foundation-building, advancement, and refinement.” A dual-instructor team comprising university and industry mentors was formed to cultivate an educational ecosystem. This model effectively resolves bottlenecks such as ambiguous teaching objectives, weak guidance, and disconnect between theory and practice. It significantly enhances students’ engineering practice capabilities, innovative thinking, and career adaptability, forming a closed-loop training system featuring deep integration of “curriculum-projectcompetency.”
