面向主动健康需求的烹饪小家电智能化设计策略研究

【摘要】 随着主动健康理念的普及,当前烹饪小家电的智能技术不能与个人的主动健康需求精准匹配。针对此问题本文开展面向主动健康需求的烹饪小家电智能化设计策略研究。首先深入解析烹饪小家电智能技术逻辑。其次,基于健康稳态设计模型及智能技术与主动健康需求的匹配逻辑,提出烹饪五个阶段的智能化设计策略。最后,以智能炒菜机的方案设计验证其可行性。

【Abstract】 With the popularization of the concept of proactive health, the intelligent technologies of current small cooking appliances fail to accurately match individuals’ proactive health needs. To address this issue, this study conducts research on the intelligent design strategies of small cooking appliances oriented to proactive health needs. Firstly, it conducts an in-depth analysis of the intelligent technology logic of small cooking appliances. Secondly, based on the health homeostasis design model and the matching logic between intelligent technologies and proactive health needs, it proposes intelligent design strategies for the five stages of cooking. Finally, it verifies the feasibility of these strategies through the scheme design of an intelligent stir-fry cooker.
