基于游戏化教学的模拟工坊实践教学模式探索
Exploration of the practical teaching mode of the workshop management simulation based on gamified teaching
【摘要】 针对目前高校实践课程教学过程中师生互动模式单一,复杂工程问题及经济性分析体现不足的问题,对实训项目的教学过程进行游戏化设计,引入了基于教学活动创设的虚拟货币体系和模拟经营主线,探索了1种基于游戏化教学的模拟工坊实践教学新模式。依据“教学设计—教学实施—教学评价”三阶段游戏化教学框架来进行游戏化课程的总体设计和组织,以企业经营中的“筹集资金—采购物料—产品研发—销售产品”为主线完成全教学环节的故事性串联。以慧鱼模型拼装实训项目为例,进行了“模拟工坊”教学模式验证性教学实验。通过对比实验和问卷调查,结果表明该实训项目教学效果有了显著提升,有效激发了学生的内生学习动力,模拟工坊教学模式对课堂学习氛围、学生学习动机等均起到了促进作用,学生反馈良好。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems of single interaction mode between teachers and students, insufficient reflection of complex engineering problems and economic analysis in the teaching process of practical courses in universities, the study conducted a gamification design of the training project, introduced a virtual currency system and simulated business line based on teaching activities. It explored a new simulation workshop practical teaching model based on gamified teaching. According to the three-stage gamification teaching framework of “Teaching design-Teaching implementation-Teaching evaluation”, the overall design and organization of gamification courses are carried out. Taking “Raising funds-Purchasing materials-Product research and development-Selling products” as the main line in enterprise management to complete the story series of the whole teaching link. The “Simulation Workshop” teaching model was validated through an experimental study using the example of the practical training project of “Fischertechnik assembly”. Through the comparative experiment and questionnaire survey, the results show that the teaching effect of the practical training project has been significantly improved, and the endogenous learning motivation of students has been effectively stimulated. The simulation workshop teaching mode has played a role in promoting the classroom learning atmosphere and students’ learning motivation, and the students’ feedback is good.
