均匀化热处理对1xxx电池箔微观组织与性能的影响研究
Research on Influence of Homogenization Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Properties of 1xxx Battery Foil
【摘要】 为了研究热轧1xxx铝合金均匀化工艺对微观组织和性能的影响规律,采用了金相显微镜,扫描显微镜对合金微观组织进行表征,发现在580℃×12 h均匀化条件下,随着保温时间的延长,1xxx铝合金晶粒尺寸不断长大,第二相逐渐溶解,硬度在12 h达到峰值。通过对比580℃×12 h和580℃×6 h两种均匀化工艺的成品铝箔组织和性能,发现延长保温时间对成品铝箔晶粒尺寸影响较小,但有利于降低第二相尺寸和面积占比,使成品铝箔延伸率得到提升。
【Abstract】 In order to investigate the influence law of homogenization process of hot-rolled 1xxx aluminum alloy on the microstructure and properties, the microstructure of the alloy was characterized by metallographic microscope and scanning microscope. It was found that under the homogenization condition of 580 ℃×12 h, with the extension of the holding time, the grain size of 1xxx aluminum alloy continuously grew and the second phase gradually dissolved. The hardness reaches its peak at 12 h. By comparing the microstructure and properties of the finished aluminum foil produced by the two homogenization processes of 580 ℃×12 h and 580 ℃×6 h, it was found that extending the holding time had a relatively small effect on the grain size of the finished aluminum foil, but it was beneficial to reduce the size and area proportion of the second phase, thereby improving the elongation of the finished aluminum foil.
