【摘要】 原发性闭角型青光眼(PACG)是我国不可逆性致盲眼病的主要类型，手术是其核心治疗手段，而临床中非计划再次手术率偏高的问题不仅增加患者身心与经济负担，也影响医疗诊疗效率。为规范PACG手术全流程操作，精准把控各环节质量控制要点，从根源上降低非计划再次手术发生率，保障医疗质量与患者安全，提升我国PACG整体诊疗水平，特制订本手术操作及质量控制策略。本文明确了PACG手术的基本要求、精准化适应证与禁忌证把控、全流程标准化操作及针对性质量控制措施，适用于各级开展PACG诊断与手术治疗的医疗机构及眼科专业人员，为临床实践提供技术指导与质量评价依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Primary angle-closure glaucoma(PACG) is the leading cause of irreversible blindness in China, with surgery as its core treatment. However, the relatively high unplanned reoperation rate in clinical practice not only increases patients’ physical, mental, and financial burdens but also reduces healthcare efficiency. To standardize the entire perioperative process of PACG surgery, precisely control key quality checkpoints at each stage, reduce the unplanned reoperation rate at its source, ensure medical quality and patient safety, and improve the overall diagnosis and treatment level of PACG in China, these surgical operation and quality control strategies have been developed. This document defines the basic requirements for PACG surgery, precise indications and contraindications, standardized full-process surgical procedures, and targeted quality control measures. It is applicable to medical institutions at all levels and ophthalmology professionals involved in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of PACG, providing technical guidance and a basis for quality evaluation in clinical practice.更多还原
