【摘要】 目的 探讨阿普唑仑片联合盐酸舍曲林片治疗糖尿病合并焦虑抑郁的疗效及安全性。方法 纳入河南科技大学附属许昌市中心医院2022年1月至2024年12月收治的82例糖尿病合并焦虑抑郁患者，所有患者均接受糖尿病常规胰岛素治疗，并依据随机数字表法分为试验组（阿普唑仑片联合盐酸舍曲林片治疗，42例）和参照组（阿普唑仑片治疗，40例）。比较两组血糖控制情况[糖化血红蛋白（Hb A1c）、空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2 h血糖（2 hPG）]、焦虑及抑郁水平[汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分]及治疗期间用药安全性。结果 治疗前，两组Hb A1c、FPG、2 hPG比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组Hb A1c、FPG、2 hPG均低于治疗前，且试验组低于参照组（P<0.05）。治疗前，两组HAMA及HAMD评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗1、2、3个月后，两组HAMA及HAMD评分均低于治疗前，且试验组低于参照组（P<0.05）。试验组不良反应发生率（11.90%）较参照组（30.00%）低（P<0.05）。结论 阿普唑仑片联合盐酸舍曲林片治疗糖尿病合并焦虑抑郁患者疗效显著、安全性高，能够控制血糖及焦虑、抑郁状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of alprazolam tablets combined with sertraline hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of diabetes mellitus with anxiety and depression. Methods A total of 82 patients with diabetes mellitus with anxiety and depression in Xuchang Central Hospital Affiliated to Henan University of Science and Technology from January 2022 to December 2024 were enrolled. All patients received routine insulin therapy, and were divided into experimental group(alprazolam tablets combined with sertraline hydrochloride tablets, 42 cases) and reference group(alprazolam tablets, 40 cases) according to the random number table method. Blood glucose control status [glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c), fasting plasma glucose(FPG), 2-hour postprandial glucose(2 hPG)], anxiety and depression levels [Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) scores, Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) scores], and medication safety during treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in HbA1c, FPG, and 2 hPG between the two groups(P>0.05); after treatment, the levels of HbA1c, FPG, and 2 hPG were lower than before treatment, with the experimental group showing lower levels than the reference group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups(P>0.05); after 1, 2, and 3 months of treatment, the HAMA and HAMD scores in both groups were lower than before treatment, with the experimental group showing lower scores than the reference group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(11.90%) was lower than that in the reference group(30.00%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Alprazolam tablets combined with sertraline hydrochloride tablets are effective and safe in patients with diabetes mellitus with anxiety and depression, and can control blood glucose, anxiety and depression.更多还原
