【摘要】 新型冠状病毒感染后综合征是指在新型冠状病毒感染后，持续出现一系列症状，且这些症状无法用其他诊断解释。目前，云南省尚缺乏针对新冠感染后神经精神功能障碍的专业、科学、规范的诊治专家共识。为填补这一空白，本共识参考国内外相关文献成果，结合国内多部新冠病毒感染后诊疗专家共识，以及云南省在神经内科、精神科、康复科等领域的临床经验，经过多轮会议研讨，最终制定具有云南地区特色的新冠感染后神经精神功能障碍诊治共识。本共识详细阐述了新冠感染后神经精神功能障碍的病因与发病机制，明确了诊断要点，提出了综合治疗策略、随访管理建议，并对药物选择及康复指导进行了详细说明。本共识旨在为云南省神经内科、精神科及相关学科医师提供新冠感染后神经精神功能障碍的诊疗理论依据，规范临床诊疗流程，提高诊疗水平，同时为“长新冠”神经精神功能障碍患者提供科学、有效、专业的诊疗方案，促进患者的全面康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Post-COVID-19 syndrome refers to a series of symptoms that persist after being infected with novel coronavirus and cannot be explained by alternative diagnoses. Currently, there is a lack of professional, scientific, and standardized expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of neurological and psychiatric dysfunction after COVID-19 infection in Yunnan Province. To fill this gap, this consensus refers to the relevant literature achievements at home and abroad, combines several domestic expert consensuses on the diagnosis and treatment of post-COVID-19 infection, as well as the clinical experience in the fields of neurology, psychiatry, rehabilitation, and other in Yunnan Province, and after several rounds of meetings and discussions, finally formulates a consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of neurological and psychiatric dysfunction after COVID-19 infection with characteristics of Yunnan region. This consensus elaborates in detail on the etiology and pathogenesis of neurological and psychiatric dysfunction after COVID-19 infection, clarifies the ey points of diagnosis, proposes comprehensive treatment strategies and follow-up management recommendations, and provides detailed explanations on drug selection and rehabilitation guidance.
