基于CT/MRI的机器学习模型在喉癌诊疗中的应用综述
Review of CT/MRI-based machine learning models applied in diagnosis and treatment of laryngeal cancer
【摘要】 介绍了机器学习算法应用于喉癌医学图像分析中的优势,综述了基于CT/MRI的机器学习模型在喉癌图像分割、术前分期、肿瘤侵犯和淋巴结转移预测、预后及疗效预测、基因突变及免疫分子表型表征等方面的应用现状,分析了机器学习模型应用于喉癌诊疗中存在的不足,并展望了未来的发展方向。
【Abstract】 The advantages of machine learning algorithms were introduced when applied to analyzing medical images of laryngeal cancer. The present situation of CT/MRI-based machine learning models was reviewed when involved in laryngeal cancer image segmentation, preoperative staging, prediction of tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis, estimation of prognosis and characterization of gene mutations and immunomolecular phenotypes. The disadvantages of machine learning models in laryngeal cancer diagnosis and treatment were discussed, and the future development trends were pointed out.
