【摘要】 目的 以智能化信息系统为基础，构建静脉血栓栓塞症（VTE）综合防治管理体系，旨在推动住院患者VTE防治管理信息化、科学化、规范化，提高医疗质量，保障患者安全。方法 选取我院2023年1月至3月收治的13 299例住院患者为实施前组，2023年4月至6月的15 246例住院患者为实施后组。实施后组接受基于智能化信息系统的VTE综合防治管理体系。对比两组的VTE相关评价指标。结果 与实施前比较，实施后医生、护士的VTE相关知识考核成绩均提升（P<0.05）。与实施前组比较，实施后组的Caprini量表、外科出血风险量表、Padua量表、内科出血风险量表评估率及VTE预防措施实施合格率均提升，VTE发生率降低（P<0.05）。结论 构建基于智能化信息系统的VTE综合防治管理体系，能够有效提高VTE相关量表评估率，降低院内VTE发生率，提高医疗质量和管理水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Based on the intelligent information system, to construct comprehensive prevention and treatment management system for venous thromboembolism(VTE), in order to promote the informatization,scientification and standardization of VTE prevention and treatment management in hospitalized patients,improve medical quality and ensure patient safety. Methods A total of 13 299 hospitalized patients admitted to our hospital from January to March 2023 were selected as pre-implementation group, and 15 246 hospitalized patients from April to June 2023 were selected as post-implementation group. The postimplementation group received the comprehensive prevention and treatment management system based on intelligent information system. The VTE related evaluation indexes of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the pre-implementation group, the VTE related knowledge assessment results of doctors and nurses improved in the post-implementation group(P<0.05). Compared with the pre-implementation group, the evaluation rates of Caprini scale, surgical bleeding risk scale, Padua scale and medical bleeding risk scale and the qualified rate of preventive measures of VTE in the post-implementation group improved, and the incidence of VTE decresased(P<0.05). Conclusion The construction of comprehensive prevention and treatment management system for VTE based on intelligent information system can effectively improve the evaluation rate of VTE related scales, reduce the incidence of VTE in hospital, and improve medical quality and management level.更多还原
