【摘要】 目的 探讨富血小板纤维蛋白（PRF）对恒牙撕脱伤再植后牙周愈合的影响。方法 选取2023年5月至2024年12月于本院就诊的50例（50颗）恒牙撕脱伤患者作为研究对象，通过随机数字表法将其分为A组和B组，每组25例（25颗）。A组患者采用无任何材料的常规再植治疗，B组患者予以添加PRF后的牙再植治疗。两组均予以不锈钢丝联合树脂固定，随后给予患牙根管治疗。观察两组治疗3、6个月后的患牙松动度、牙周健康指标；通过计算机X线摄影（CR）检查评估两组治疗3、6个月后的牙周愈合情况，并对比两组的并发症发生情况。结果 治疗3、6个月后，两组患者的患牙松动度无显著差异（P>0.05）。治疗3、6个月后，B组的牙周袋深度与牙龈指数均低于A组（P<0.05）。治疗3、6个月后，B组的牙周愈合情况均优于A组（P<0.05）。B组的并发症总发生率低于A组（P<0.05）。结论 PRF有助于改善恒牙撕脱伤再植后牙周健康，促进牙周愈合并减少并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of platelet-rich fibrin(PRF) on periodontal healing after replantation of permanent teeth avulsion injury. Methods A total of 50 patients(50 teeth) with permanent teeth avulsion injury who were treated in our hospital from May 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into group A and group B by random number table method, with25 cases(25 teeth) in each group. Patients in the group A were treated with conventional replantation without any materials, and patients in the group B were treated with teeth replantation after adding PRF. Both groups were fixed with stainless steel wire combined with resin, and then given root canal therapy. The teeth mobility and periodontal health indexes of the two groups were observed after 3 and 6 months of treatment;the periodontal healing of the two groups after 3 and 6 months of treatment was evaluated by computed radiography(CR), and the complications of the two groups were compared. Results After 3 and 6 months of treatment, there was no significant difference in teeth mobility between the two groups(P>0.05). After 3 and6 months of treatment, the periodontal pocket depth and gingival index in the group B were lower than those in the group A(P<0.05). After 3 and 6 months of treatment, the periodontal healing of the group B was better than that of the group A(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the group B was lower than that in the group A(P<0.05). Conclusion PRF is helpful to improve periodontal health, promote periodontal healing and reduce complications after replantation of permanent teeth avulsion.更多还原
