退火炉炉辊结瘤机理研究
Study on Nodulation Mechanism of Annealing Furnace Roller
【摘要】 某钢厂在生产含P高强钢的过程中,经常出现因炉辊结瘤导致的带钢表面划伤缺陷,严重影响生产线的正常生产。为解决此问题,本研究以退火炉炉辊结瘤试样为研究对象,采用SEM扫描电镜、EDS能谱分析技术,检测了试样结瘤的化学成分,揭示了造成炉辊结瘤的原因,并提出了相应的解决措施。研究结果表明,炉辊结瘤的主要原因是生产过程中带钢表面残留的Fe的氧化物以及带钢中Si、Mn的选择性氧化产物,在退火炉内炉辊表面聚集,经氢气还原后在炉辊表面粘结形成瘤状凸起。
【Abstract】 In the process of producing high strength steel containing P in a steel plant in Beijing, the strip surface scratch defects caused by furnace roller nodding often occur. This problem seriously affects the normal production of the production line. In order to solve this problem, this study started with the roll nodding sample of annealing furnace, and tested the composition of the roller nodding sample by means of SEM scanning electron microscopy and EDS energy spectrum detection. The cause of the roll nodding sample was backwards introduced, and the corresponding solutions were put forward. The research results show that the mechanism of roller nodules is mainly the residual Fe oxides on the surface of the plate and the selective oxidation products of Si and Mn in the plate during the production process, which accumulate on the surface of the roller in the annealing furnace, and bond to form nodules on the surface of the roller after hydrogen reduction.
