姜黄素在织物染色中的应用研究进展

【摘要】 介绍了姜黄素的特性与提取工艺,回顾了国内外关于姜黄素对纤维素纤维、蛋白质纤维和化学纤维的染色方法及染色效果,归纳了姜黄素对各类织物的染色机理,总结了现阶段姜黄素作为天然植物染料所面临的问题和发展前景。分析认为,着眼于改善姜黄素的水溶解度和稳定性,开发拼色染色工艺,有利于扩展染色织物色谱,拓宽姜黄素染料在纺织领域的应用。

【Abstract】 The characterization and extraction methods of curcumin are introduced. The dyeing methods, performance and mechanism of curcumin absorbed on cellulose fibers, protein fibers, and chemical fibers both at home and abroad are summarized. The challenges and the future development of curcumin as a natural dye are pointed out. It suggests that focusing on promoting the solubility and stability of curcumin, the combination dyeing process based on curcumin is beneficial for extending the hue of dyed fabrics, thereby improving the application of curcumin dyes in the textile industry.
