有机颜料/PVA静电纺彩色纳米纤维膜的制备及其性能
Preparation and properties of electrospun colorful nanofibrous membranes based on organic pigment/polyvinyl alcohol
【摘要】 针对传统纳米纤维膜着色工艺中存在的颜色牢度不足、纤维孔隙堵塞等问题,采用静电纺丝技术,以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为成膜基体,通过优化分散剂种类及用量、调控纺丝工艺参数,制备了系列彩色纳米纤维膜。表征了彩色纤维膜的透气性能、显色特性及耐日晒色牢度,并建立了颜料组成与颜色表现的量化关系。结果表明:所制备的彩色纳米纤维膜保持了良好的三维网状结构,透气率均高于950 mm/s,耐日晒色牢度达到4级;通过三原色复配可实现宽色域调控,色彩准确且饱和。
【Abstract】 To address the issues of insufficient color fastness and fiber pore blockage in traditional coloring processes of nanofibrous membranes, a series of colored nanofibrous membranes are prepared via electrospinning technology using polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) as the matrix. By optimizing the type and amount of dispersant and adjusting the spinning process parameters, the air permeability, color development characteristics, and color fastness to sunlight of the colored fiber membranes are characterized, and a quantitative relationship between pigment composition and color characteristics is established. The results show that the prepared colored nanofiber membranes maintain a good three-dimensional network structure, with air permeability higher than 950 mm/s and color fastness to sunlight reaching Grade 4. Wide color gamut control can be achieved through the compounding of primary colors, resulting in accurate and saturated colors.
