纤维素织物的大麻纤维酚类提取物染色

【摘要】 为拓展大麻纤维中木质素的应用,采用碱煮工艺溶解木质素获得酚类提取物,以提取物的总酚含量优化提取工艺;再利用漆酶催化酚类提取物对棉、麻、毛类纯纺及混纺织物进行染色,并分析其染色机理。结果表明:在氢氧化钠质量浓度0.3 g/L、提取温度50℃、提取时间40 min的条件下,从大麻纤维中提取的酚类物质最多;对于未改性的织物,漆酶催化酚类提取物仅能实现对纯羊毛织物的染色;壳聚糖在纤维素织物与酚类提取物之间起桥接作用,壳聚糖依靠氢键吸附到纤维素织物表面,有色聚酚再通过迈克尔加成或席夫碱反应接枝到壳聚糖的氨基上,从而使纤维素纯纺及混纺织物呈现出浅黄至棕黄的外观效果。染色织物的耐皂洗色牢度达到3级及以上,耐日晒色牢度达到4级及以上。

【Abstract】 To expand the application of lignin in hemp fiber, alkaline treatment is used to dissolve lignin to obtain phenols, and the extraction process is optimized based on the phenols content. The dyeing of pure and blended fabrics of cotton, linen and wool is carried out using phenols extraction from hemp fiber via laccase-catalyzed and the dyeing mechanism is analyzed. The results show that under the conditions of sodium hydroxide of 0.3 g/L, extraction temperature of 50 ℃, and extraction time of 40 min, the maximum amount of phenols is extracted from hemp fiber. For unmodified fabric, laccase-catalyzed phenolic extracts can only dye pure wool fabric. Chitosan acts as a bridging agent between cellulose fabric and phenols. Chitosan adsorbs onto the surface of cellulose fabric through hydrogen bonding, and colored polyphenols are grafted onto the amino groups of chitosan through Michael addition or Schiff base reactions, resulting in a light yellow to brownish yellow appearance of pure and blended cellulose fabrics. The color fastnesses to soaping and light of dyed fabric can reach Grade 3 and Grade 4, respectively.
