【摘要】 目的：评估基于HOPE理念的医学情景模拟在新入职护士培训中的应用价值。方法：选取2025年7月—12月在河南省人民医院入职且无任何临床工作经验的新护士288名，随机分为观察组（n=144）与对照组（n=144）。观察组接受基于HOPE理念的医学情景模拟培训，对照组接受常规培训。分析两组护理人员考核成绩、共情能力、职业应对自我效能。结果：培训后，观察组考核平均分及杰弗逊共情量表（JSE-HP）评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。培训后，观察组护士职业应对自我效能量表（OCSE-N）评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：应用基于HOPE理念的医学情景模拟培训可提升新入职护士核心操作技术、共情能力及自我效能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the application value of medical scenario simulation based on the HOPE concept in the training of newly recruited nurses. Methods: A total of 288 new nurses without any clinical work experience who joined Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from July to December 2025 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(n=144) and a control group(n=144). The observation group received medical scenario simulation training based on the HOPE concept, while the control group received routine training. The assessment scores, empathy ability, and occupational coping self-efficacy of nursing staff in the two groups were analyzed. Results: After training, the average assessment score and the Jefferson Empathy Scale(JSE-HP) score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05). After training, the Occupational Coping Self-Efficacy Scale for Nurses(OCSE-N) score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Scenario simulation based on the HOPE concept can enhance the core operational skills, empathy ability, and self-efficacy of newly recruited nurses.更多还原
