支气管手绘导航技术联合径向超声在肺外周结节中的诊断价值分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨支气管手绘导航技术联合径向超声在肺外周结节中的诊断价值。方法 选取2023年11月至2025年11月在本院呼吸与危重症医学科就诊的肺外周结节患者151例,根据不同的检查诊断方式,采用自身平行配对研究方法,分为A组(n=51,采用支气管手绘导航技术+径向超声)、 B组[n=50,采用虚拟导航技术(VBN)+径向超声]、 C组(n=50,采用径向超声),比较三种检查方式的诊断率、操作时间、并发症发生率,并分析应用价值。结果 A组、 B组的操作时间短于C组(P<0.05); A组、 B组的恶性结节诊断率分别为94.44%、 97.14%,均高于C组的76.92%(P<0.05)。A组的4级、 5级、 6级和7级气管定位时间均短于B组(P<0.05)。三组的并发症发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论 支气管手绘导航技术联合径向超声在肺外周结节诊断中能达到与VBN联合径向超声检查近似的检出效果,但定位时间、操作时间更短,且未显著提高并发症发生率。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of bronchoscopic hand-drawn navigation technique combined with radial ultrasound in peripheral pulmonary nodules. Methods A total of 151 patients with peripheral pulmonary nodules treated in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of our hospital from November 2023 to November 2025 were selected. According to different examination and diagnostic methods, using self-parallel paired research method, the patients were divided into Group A(n = 51, using bronchoscopic hand-drawn navigation technique + radial ultrasound), Group B [n = 50, using virtual bronchoscopic navigation(VBN) +radial ultrasound], and Group C [n = 50, using radial ultrasound]. The diagnostic rates, operation time, and incidence of complications of the three examination methods were compared, and their application value was analyzed. Results The operation time of Group A and Group B was shorter than that of Group C(P <0.05). The diagnostic rates of malignant nodules in Group A and Group B were 94.44% and 97.14%respectively, higher than 76.92% in Group C(P <0.05). The localization time for grade 4, 5, 6 and 7 bronchi in Group A was shorter than that of Group B(P <0.05). No statistically significant difference was found in the incidence of complications among the three groups(P >0.05).Conclusions Bronchoscopic hand-drawn navigation technique combined with radial ultrasound can achieve a diagnostic effect similar to VBN combined with radial ultrasound examination for peripheral pulmonary nodules, with shorter localization time and procedure time, and no significant increase in the incidence of complications.
