焦虑性抑郁症的磁共振成像研究进展
Research Progress on Magnetic Resonance Imaging of Anxious Major Depressive Disorder
【摘要】 目的 焦虑性抑郁症(A-MDD)是重度抑郁症(MDD)的主要亚型,症状更重、预后较差。近年来,磁共振成像技术(MRI),特别是结构MRI(s MRI)和功能MRI(f MRI)越来越多地应用于探索该疾病的神经影像学生物标志物,证实A-MDD患者部分脑区结构及功能的变化与其病理生理过程关系紧密。本文简要综述近年来A-MDD的s MRI及f MRI相关研究,系统总结现有发现并展望未来研究趋势,从而为精准诊断、预测疗效及个体化治疗提供科学依据。
【Abstract】 Anxious major depressive disorder(A-MDD) is a major subtype of major depressive disorder(MDD), characterized by more severe symptoms and poorer prognosis. In recent years, magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) techniques, especially structural MRI(s MRI) and functional MRI(f MRI), have been increasingly applied to explore the neuroimaging biomarkers of this disease. Studies have confirmed that structural and functional alterations in specific brain regions of A-MDD patients are closely correlated with the pathophysiological processes of the disorder. This paper briefly reviewed relevant research progress on s MRI and f MRI of A-MDD in recent years, systematically summarized existing findings, and prospected future research trends, thereby providing a scientific basis for precise diagnosis, treatment response prediction, and individualized therapy.
