【摘要】 白癜风是一种常见的获得性、自身免疫性、慢性脱色素性皮肤病，显著影响患者的生活质量和心理健康。目前白癜风治疗手段多样，但疗效有限且存在个体差异。芦可替尼乳膏作为一种新型的外用JAK抑制剂，是全球首个获批用于白癜风复色的药物。通过“港澳药械通”政策，在中国正式获批前，芦可替尼乳膏也在经广东省政府批准的粤港澳大湾区部分指定医疗机构中使用，积累了一定中国临床经验。为此，药学、皮肤病学等多学科专家组成工作组，汇总循证医学证据，综合我国诊疗现状和临床实践经验，制定了《芦可替尼乳膏治疗白癜风医药专家共识》。本共识系统阐述了芦可替尼乳膏的作用机制、药代动力学、临床应用及安全性管理等内容，经过多轮专家讨论、修订和投票表决，最终形成5条推荐意见，旨在为芦可替尼乳膏的临床应用提供指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Vitiligo is a common acquired,autoimmune,and chronic depigmenting skin disease. It not only significantly affects patients’ quality of life,but also their mental health. Although there are various treatment options for vitiligo,their efficacy is limited and varies among individuals. As a novel topical JAK inhibitor,ruxolitinib cream is the world’s first approved drug for vitiligo repigmentation. Through the “Hong Kong and Macao Medicine and Equipment Connect” policy,ruxolitinib cream has been used in some designated medical institutions in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It was approved by the Guangdong provincial government before its formal approval in China and has accumulated certain clinical experience in China. For this reason,a working group composed of experts from pharmacy,dermatology,and other disciplines has summarized the evidence-based medical evidence. They have also comprehensively considered the current diagnosis and treatment situation in China,as well as clinical practice experience,and formulated the Medical and Pharmaceutical Expert Consensus on Ruxolitinib Cream for Vitiligo. This consensus systematically elaborates on the mechanism of action,pharmacokinetics,clinical application,and safety management of ruxolitinib cream.
