【摘要】 为分析教育科技人才一体化发展与中国式现代化之间的互动关系与联动状态,基于中国31个省份2012—2023年的面板数据,构建了教育科技人才一体化发展与中国式现代化的指标体系,并运用Dagurm基尼系数及分解、Kernel密度估计和Tobit模型检验,结果显示:教育科技人才一体化发展与中国式现代化两个系统之间的耦合协调度呈上升趋势,在空间上呈现“东高西低”的空间差异,区域间的差异是造成其发展差距的主要原因,且区域之间的差异化呈现出扩大的趋势;产业结构、城市化水平、对外开放程度等因素对耦合协调度具有显著正向促进作用。因此,需因地制宜构建地方政策并增强区域协同,系统推动教育科技人才一体化发展与中国式现代化协同共进。更多还原

【Abstract】 To analyze the interactive relationship and linkage status between the integrated development of Education,Technology,and Talent and Chinese-style modernization,based on panel data from 31 provinces in China from 2012 to 2023,an index system for the integrated development of Education,Technology,and Talent and Chinese-style modernization was constructed.The Dagum Gini coefficient and decomposition,Kernel density estimation,and Tobit model were used for testing.The results show that the coupling coordination degree between the two systems is on an upward trend,exhibiting spatially a pattern of " higher in the east and lower in the west." Interregional differences are the main reason for development gaps,and these regional disparities tend to widen.Factors such as industrial structure,urbanization level,and degree of openness have a significant positive effect on the coupling coordination degree.Therefore,it is necessary to formulate localized policies according to regional conditions and enhance regional collaboration to systematically promote the coordinated development of Education,Technology,and Talent and Chinese-style modernization.更多还原
