【摘要】 目的 调查四面山自然保护区内药用植物资源多样性的基本概况，评价重点药用植物的综合价值，为该区中药资源保护、可持续发展提供科学依据。方法 采用野外调查、业内整理等方式对四面山自然保护区内药用植物资源进行全面调查，统计分析该区药用植物资源多样性等信息，利用层次分析法评估重点药用植物的综合价值。结果 四面山自然保护区内药用植物共1 315种，隶属192科、737属；科属组成以寡种科（79科）和单种属（462属）为主。该区药用植物生活型以多年生草本植物为主；主要药用部位是全草、根及根茎；四面山自然保护区内受保护的野生药用植物有50种，重点药用植物有195种，其中经层次分析法评价后Ⅰ级5种、Ⅱ级15种。结论 此次调查进一步完善了四面山自然保护区内中药资源本底情况，该区药用植物丰富、综合价值高，需加强保护的同时合理开发，以实现中药资源可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the basic overview of medicinal plant resource diversity in the Simian Mountain Nature Reserve; To evaluate the comprehensive value of key medicinal plants; To provide a scientific basis for the conservation and sustainable development of Chinese materia medica resources in this area. Methods Field surveys and literature reviews were conducted to comprehensively investigate the medicinal plant resources in the Simian Mountain Nature Reserve. Statistical analysis was performed to assess the diversity of medicinal plant resources, and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was employed to evaluate the comprehensive value of key medicinal plants. Results A total of 1 315 medicinal plant species were recorded in the Simian Mountain Nature Reserve, belonging to 192 families and 737 genera. The floristic composition was dominated by oligotypic families(79 families) and monotypic genera(462 genera). Perennial herbs were the predominant life form, with whole plants, roots and rhizomes being the most commonly used medicinal parts. There were 50 protected wild medicinal plant species and 195 key medicinal plant species in the Simian Mountain Nature Reserve. Among them, AHP evaluation identified 5 species as grade Ⅰ and 15 species as grade Ⅱ. Conclusion This study further refines the baseline data on Chinese materia medica resources in the Simian Mountain Nature Reserve. The area is rich in medicinal plants with high comprehensive value, necessitating enhanced conservation efforts alongside rational development to achieve sustainable utilization of Chinese materia medica resources.更多还原
