【摘要】 流动儿童在流动中遭遇到家庭、学校、社区场域转换带来的关系离散、资本失效与惯习冲突，引发其在场域中位置的结构性位移，导致权利保护资源获取能力与行动力双重弱化，而使其在权利保护资源分配中处于不利位置，难以通过新场域的制度性关系网络获取有效的权利保护。改进流动儿童权利保护的根本路径就是在新场域中再造社会支持关系网络。通过各个场域的重塑来重构流动儿童社会支持关系网络，构建起能动性衔接与制度性协商双重驱动的“互动关联系统”，保障流动儿童基本权利的实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Migrant children encounter relational fragmentation,capital devaluation,and habitus conflicts during their transitions across family,school,and community fields. This results in a structural dislocation of their positions within these fields,leading to a dual weakening of both their capacity and agency to access rights protection resources. Consequently,they are placed at a disadvantage in the distribution of such resources and find it difficult to obtain effective protection through the institutionalized relational networks of the new fields. Therefore,the fundamental path to improving rights protection for migrant children lies in reconstructing their social support networks within these new fields. By reshaping each field,the social support network for migrant children can be reconstructed to build an "interactive and interlinked system" driven by both agential bridging and institutional negotiation,thereby safeguarding the realization of their fundamental rights.更多还原
