数据要素化背景下信息资源管理类本科专业课程体系重构策略

【摘要】 数据成为新型生产要素,对信息资源管理(IRM)学科人才培养提出新的要求。本科专业类课程体系作为人才培养的关键一环,是IRM学科迈向数据要素领域的重要突破口。通过文献梳理与文本分析方法,系统回顾了IRM类本科专业课程体系现状。研究发现,当前IRM类本科专业课程体系设计呈现出“叠加式”特征,难以灵活适应国家政策需要与学科专业改革方向。数据与IRM学科具有天然黏性,能够连接各个领域,是在数据要素化背景下整合IRM课程体系的重要抓手,能够形成具有层次感的人才培养模式。基于此,论文提出以数据为基座的“整合式”课程体系重构策略:一是在大类平台课层面,将原有的数据知识单元进行下沉和集成,以数据为基座,技术与管理并重,并同步优化学科基础理论;二是在专业核心课层面,深度嵌入数据要素,形成面向不同专业的“理论—技术—管理”课程整合框架。该课程体系既能助力IRM类本科专业动态调整,又能支持IRM学科学术研究需要,为灵活的就业市场和学术深造培养优秀人才,从而更好地服务经济社会发展。

【Abstract】 Data, as a new factor of production, raises new requirements for talent cultivation in the field of information resource management(IRM). The undergraduate curriculum system, as an important stage of talent cultivation, is a key breakthrough for the IRM discipline to move towards the field of data factor. Through literature review and text analysis, the current status of the undergraduate curriculum system in IRM was systematically reviewed. The study found that the current undergraduate curriculum system is gradually formed by stacking in sequence, making it difficult to flexibly adapt to national policy requirements and the direction of disciplinary reform. Data has an inherent affinity with the IRM discipline and serves as a bridge connecting various domains. In the background of data factorization, data acts as a key lever for integrating the IRM curriculum system, facilitating the formation of a tiered talent development model. Based on this, integrating the knowledge system of the IRM discipline, this paper proposes an integrated restructuring strategy based on data: firstly, at the level of general platform courses, existing data knowledge units are shifted downward and integrated, with data as the foundation, technology and management being equally emphasized, and the basic theories of disciplines being optimized synchronously; secondly, at the level of core major courses, data elements are deeply embedded to form an “theory-technology-management” integrated curriculum framework. This new curriculum system not only facilitates dynamic adjustments in undergraduate majors of information resource management but also meets the academic research needs of the discipline, cultivating excellent talents for the flexible job market and further academic advancement, so as to better serve economic and social development.
