基于非对称圆弧折叠波导的3π带边振荡器
A 3π-band edge oscillator based on asymmetric circular arc folded waveguides
【摘要】 提出一种采用非对称圆弧折叠波导的3π带边振荡器,通过非对称圆弧折叠波导构建了3π止带,得到带边高耦合阻抗,显著提升了注波互作用效率。利用CST粒子工作室对振荡器的三维注波互作用进行粒子模拟(PIC),结果表明其振荡频谱集中于94 GHz。在此基础上,以功率提升为目标进行优化设计,在考虑高频损耗的条件下,该振荡器在93.3 GHz处获得了578 W的最大振荡输出功率。
【Abstract】 A 3π band-edge oscillator employing an asymmetric arc-folded waveguide is proposed. By utilizing the asymmetric arc-folded waveguide, a 3π stop band is constructed, achieving high coupling impedance at the band edge and significantly enhancing the beam-wave interaction efficiency. Threedimensional Particle-In-Cell(PIC) simulations of the beam-wave interaction in the oscillator are performed using CST Particle Studio. The results indicate that the oscillation spectrum is concentrated at 94 GHz. On this basis, optimization design targeting power enhancement is carried out. Taking into account highfrequency losses, the oscillator achieves a maximum oscillation output power of 578 W at 93.3 GHz.
