大掺量固废制备轻质混凝土性能与结构研究

【摘要】 以炉渣为主要骨料,粉煤灰和石膏为胶凝材料替代部分水泥,研究单掺粉煤灰和复掺粉煤灰、石膏对轻质混凝土力学性能和微观结构的影响,结合SEM、EDS等微观分析研究其反应机理。结果表明:当炉渣掺量为70%,单掺10%粉煤灰时,轻质混凝土的28 d抗压强度为27.12 MPa,干表观密度为1758.31 kg/m3;当复掺10%石膏、30%粉煤灰时,轻质混凝土的28 d抗压强度为20.81MPa,干表观密度为1703.51 kg/m3。SEM分析表明,掺入适量粉煤灰和石膏能改变Ca(OH)2的生长取向,使水化产物更均匀致密。

【Abstract】 Slag was used as the main aggregate,fly ash and desulfurization gypsum were used as cementitious materials to replace part of the cement to study the effects of single addition of fly ash and combined addition of fly ash and gypsum on the mechanical properties and microstructure of lightweight concrete,and investigate its reaction mechanism through microscopic analysis such as scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray energy spectroscopy(EDS). The results show that when the slag content in the concrete is 70% and the single fly ash content is 10%,the 28 d compressive strength reaches 27.12 MPa,and the dry apparent density is1758.31 kg/m3. When double doped fly ash of 10% and desulfurization gypsum of 30%,the 28 d compressive strength of lightweight concrete reaches 20.81 MPa,and the dry apparent density reaches 1703.51 kg/m3. The incorporation of fly ash and desulfurization gypsum with appropriate ratio changed the growth orientation of Ca(OH)2,which make the hydration products more uniform and dense.
