Risk Factors of Postoperative Hepatic Dysfunction in Patients with Stanford Type A Aortic Dissection
【Abstract】 Stanford type A aortic dissection, as one of the most challenging emergencies in the field of cardiovascular surgery, is characterized by acute onset, rapid progression, and numerous complications, attracting significant clinical attention. Some Stanford type A aortic dissection patients experience postoperative hepatic dysfunction, which leads to prolonged hospital stays, increased hospitalization costs and poor prognosis. This article reviews the clinical diagnosis and pathophysiological mechanisms of postoperative hepatic insufficiency in patients with Stanford type A aortic dissection and analyzes the associated risk factors, aiming to identify patients with Stanford type A aortic dissection at high risk of postoperative hepatic insufficiency at an early stage, so as to formulate effective interventions to improve the prognosis of patients.
