【Abstract】 To better implement the spirit of the Guidelines for Building an Education Power(2024—2035),the paper focuses on the goal of digital transformation of university archives management and proposes a “data-algorithm-service” collaborative empowerment framework.The innovations of this framework are reflected in three aspects: applying dynamic ontology modeling technology to construct a university archives ontology library; adopting a federated learning data lake mechanism to improve the cross-university and cross-platform retrieval rate; and building a multimodal semantic understanding model to enhance the accuracy of archives classification.更多还原
