【摘要】 在高等教育“四新”建设背景下，高校积极实施学科专业数字化战略，通过推进“四新”建设，有效驱动人才培养链、实践孵化链和帮扶合作链“三链融合”创新创业教育建设，推动教育模式向跨学科数字融合、开放型数字生态、数字化实践训练以及全方位数字评估方向转变。只有以“新文科”建设为视角，从课程设置（基础）、实践教学（关键）、师资队伍（动力）、数字平台（支撑）与评价体系（保障）“五位一体”层面提出创新创业教育建设标准，方可培育出兼具人文底蕴、数字素养及创新能力的“四新”双创人才，为高等教育适应数字时代需求、服务新质生产力发展提供理论支持与实践选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 In response to the “Four New” construction in higher education, universities are implementing their digital strategies across disciplines. Cross-discipline integration popularly implemented in the four initiatives(new engineering, new medicine, new agriculture, and new humanities and social sciences) is driving the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education. The “Three-Chain Integration”(the talent training chain, the practical incubation chain, and the supportive cooperation chain), promotes educational models to be digitally transformed characterized by interdisciplinary digital integration, an open digital ecosystem, practical digital training, and comprehensive digital assessment. Only from the perspective of the “new humanities and social sciences,” with the construction standards of innovation and entrepreneurship education proposed to be based on a “Five-in-One” framework that synergizes curriculum(foundation), practical teaching(key), faculty(driver), digital platform(support), and evaluation(guarantee), can we cultivate “Four New” talents with innovation and entrepreneurial skills who possess sound humanistic quality, digital literacy, and innovative capabilities, thereby providing theoretical support and practical guidance for higher education to meet the demands of the digital era, and serve the development of new quality productive forces.更多还原
