新工科视域下光电类人才研究型培养模式创新探索——以光电信息科学与工程专业为例
Innovative Exploration of Research-based Training Mode for Optoelectronic Talents from the Perspective of New Engineering Disciplines——A Case Study of the Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering Program
【摘要】 新工科建设背景下,光电信息科学与工程专业作为国家战略性新兴产业的核心支撑学科,亟待破解多学科交叉融合不足、实践创新能力薄弱等瓶颈问题。本研究融合研究型教学模式(RBL)与工程教育范式,构建涵盖科研思维、技术实践、学科交叉、创新孵化的“四维能力矩阵”培养体系,系统实施六大改革举措:重构“知识—实践—素质”课程体系,构建项目问题链驱动的“理论建模—仿真验证—原型制作—产业转化”进阶的教学内容,开发立体化课程资源,搭建校企协同创新平台,构建虚实融合的数字化教学生态,完善知识—实践—素质三域动态评价机制。通过校企联合攻关产业课题、共建光电技术联合实验室,形成基础研究—技术开发—产业应用全链条创新体系,培养科学研究、工程设计、产品开发、综合应用与管理的应用型技术人才。
【Abstract】 Under the backdrop of emerging engineering education development, the Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering program-serving as a core supporting discipline for national strategic emerging industries-urgently needs to address bottleneck issues such as insufficient interdisciplinary integration and weak practical innovation capabilities. This study innovatively integrates research-based learning(RBL) with engineering education paradigms to establish a “four-dimensional competency matrix” cultivation system encompassing scientific thinking, technical practice, interdisciplinary competence, and innovation incubation. It systematically implements six reform measures: restructuring the “knowledge-practice-quality” curriculum system, creating progressive teaching content driven by project-problem chains featuring “theoretical modeling, simulation verification, prototype development, and industrial transformation”, developing multidimensional curriculum resources, establishing university-industry collaborative innovation platforms, building virtual-real integrated digital teaching ecosystems, and improving dynamic evaluation mechanisms across knowledge-practice-quality domains. Through joint industry-academic research initiatives and co-constructed optoelectronic technology laboratories, the program forms a comprehensive innovation chain spanning basic research-technological development-industrial application, cultivating applied technical talents proficient in scientific research, engineering design, product development, comprehensive application, and management.
