外包模式再制造闭环供应链的绿色设计决策

【摘要】 绿色设计能有效降低单位产品的生产成本及环境影响,成为企业实现绿色低碳转型的重要途径之一.在外包再制造模式下,构建了原制造商(OEM)和再制造商(RM)分别实施绿色设计的再制造闭环供应链博弈模型,分析了绿色设计水平和消费者绿色偏好对再制造闭环供应链绩效及环境的影响,探究了再制造闭环供应链的最佳绿色设计策略.研究发现, RM绿色设计水平的提高有利于增加再制品的市场需求,同时无论哪一方实施绿色设计,绿色设计水平的提高未必总是有利于改善绿色设计实施主体及再制造闭环供应链整体绩效、降低环境总影响.然而消费者绿色偏好的增强虽然有利于改善再制造闭环供应链整体绩效,但却不利于降低环境总影响.再制造闭环供应链成员及整体绩效最佳的绿色设计策略受绿色设计难度系数、消费者绿色偏好等因素的影响.

【Abstract】 Green design can effectively reduce the production cost and environmental impact of unit products, and has become one of the important ways for enterprises to achieve green and low-carbon transition. Under the outsourced remanufacturing mode, the game models of remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain(RCLSC) are constructed when the original equipment manufacturer(OEM) and remanufacturer(RM) implement green design respectively. The effects of green design level and consumer’s green preference on the performance of RCLSC and environment are analyzed, and the optimal green design strategy for RCLSC is explored. It shows that the improvement of green design level of RM is conducive to increasing the market demand for remanufactured products, and no matter which member enterprise implements green design, the improvement of green design level may not always be conducive to improving the performance of green design implementers and RCLSC, and reducing the total impact on environment. However, although the enhancement of consumer’s green preference is conducive to improving the overall performance of RCLSC, it is not conducive to reducing the total environmental impact. The optimal green design strategy to maximize the performance of RCLSC members and the overall is affected by green design difficulty coefficient, consumer’s green preference and other factors.
