【摘要】 牛疱疹病毒(BoHV)存在多种分型，其中1型(BoHV-1)可引起牛传染性鼻气管炎、结膜炎、生殖系统炎症，此外，其可诱导免疫抑制，引起混合感染或者继发感染，对养牛业危害大。由于目前没有特效治疗药物，对该病的防控以接种疫苗为主。目前，BoHV-1疫苗主要包括灭活疫苗、活疫苗、核酸疫苗、亚单位疫苗、活载体疫苗。本论文对BoHV-1疫苗的最新进展进行综述，为其研发提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are multiple types of bovine herpesvirus( Bo HV),among which type 1( Bo HV-1) can cause infectious bovine rhinotracheitis,conjunctivitis,and reproductive system inflammation in cattle. Furthermore,it can induce immunosuppression,leading to mixed or secondary infections,which pose a significant threat to the cattle industry. Due to the absence of specific antiviral treatments,the prevention and control of this disease relies mainly on vaccination. Currently,vaccines against Bo HV-1 include inactivated vaccines,live vaccines,nucleic acid vaccines,subunit vaccines,and live vector vaccines. This paper reviews the latest progress in research on Bo HV-1 vaccines in order to provide insights for future research.更多还原
