杜仲叶在动物生产中的应用研究进展

【摘要】 杜仲(Eucommiae ulmoides),属于杜仲科植物,其干燥树皮在传统中药中具有重要地位。研究表明,杜仲不仅能够抵抗衰老、增强免疫力,还具有改善心血管健康等多方面功效。此外,杜仲叶富含多种生物活性成分,如绿原酸、黄酮类化合物、多糖、环烯醚萜类物质、多酚类以及木脂素类等,这些成分具有抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、抗应激、降血糖及提高免疫力等多种药理作用。在畜牧业领域,杜仲叶既可以直接作为饲料添加剂使用,也可以通过微生物发酵或提取物的形式添加到饲料中。因此,杜仲叶有望成为替代传统抗生素的新型饲料添加剂。本文综述了杜仲的种植现状、杜仲叶的主要成分及其生物学功能,并探讨了杜仲叶在畜禽、水产动物及反刍动物中的应用情况,旨在为深入探究和开发杜仲叶提供理论依据与实践参考。

【Abstract】 The Eucommia ulmoides bark,known as Duzhong in traditional Chinese medicine,is derived from the E.ulmoides tree and exhibits remarkable efficacy in resisting aging,enhancing immunity,and improving cardiovascular health.It has been demonstrated that the leaves of E.ulmoides contain a variety of biologically active components,including chlorogenic acid,flavonoids,polysaccharides,cyclic enol ether terpenes,polyphenols,lignans,etc.These compounds possess antimicrobial,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anti-stress,and hypoglycemic functions,and enhances immunity.In the field of animal husbandry,E.ulmoides can be supplemented into feed directly or in the form of microbial fermentation products or extract,serving as a novel feed additive to potentially replace traditional antibiotics.In this review,we have provided an overview of the cultivation,ingredients and functions of E.ulmoides.We have also discussed extracts and fermentation of its leaves.Furthermore,we have explored application of both E.ulmoides and its derivatives as feed additives for livestock,poultry,and aquatic animals.This comprehensive review is hoped to serve as a valuable reference for future research on the potential applications of E.ulmoides leaves in animal husbandry.
