【摘要】 目的 了解本科实习护生不同时期的职业获益感水平变化并分析其影响因素，为护生实习期间的教育和管理提供参考。方法 2023年6月～2024年3月，采用便利抽样法，运用一般资料调查表、护士专业自我概念量表、护理临床学习环境评价量表、护士职业获益感问卷，于实习3个月、6个月、9个月三个时间点对115名本科实习护生进行问卷调查。结果 本科护生实习3个月、6个月、9个月的职业获益感得分分别为132.00(122.00,147.00)分、130.00(103.00,133.00)分、128.00(102.00,132.00)分，得分有差异（x~2=8.223,P=0.016）。线性混合效应模型分析结果显示，临床学习环境（β=0.509,P<0.001）和专业自我概念（β=0.136,P=0.032）是影响职业获益感的因素（P<0.05）。结论 本科实习护生不同时期的职业获益感水平均处于中上水平且有差异。学校和实习医院应通力合作，提高本科护生的专业自我概念水平，改善临床学习环境，以提升本科实习护生的职业获益感水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the changes of the professional benefit level of undergraduate nursing student interns in different periods and analyze the influencing factors, so as to provide reference for the education and management of undergraduate nursing student interns during their internship. Methods From June 2023 to March 2024, a convenience sampling method was used, a general information questionnaire, the nurse professional self-concept scale, the clinical learning environment scale for nurses, and the nurse professional benefit perception questionnaire were used to conduct a questionnaire survey of 115 undergraduate nursing student interns at three time points: 3 months, 6 months, and 9 months of their internship. Results The professional benefit scores of the undergraduate nursing student interns during the 3 months, 6 months, and 9 months of internship were 132.00(122.00,147.00), 130.00(103.00,133.00), and 128.00(102.00,132.00) respectively. There was a difference in scores(x~2=8.223, P=0.016). The results of the linear mixed effects model analysis showed that clinical learning environment(β=0.509, P<0.001) and professional self-concept(β=0.136, P=0.032) were the factors that influenced the sense of professional benefit(P<0.05). Conclusion The professional benefit level of undergraduate nursing student interns in different periods is in the middle and above level and there are differences. The school and the internship hospital should work together to improve the professional self-concept level of undergraduate nursing student interns, improve the clinical learning environment, so as to improve the professional benefit level of undergraduate nursing student interns.更多还原
