【摘要】 目的 探索大学生参与团体心理辅导态度的影响因素，为辅导员开展心理健康教育提供一定参考。方法 于2021年9～12月，使用便利抽样的方法，采用自编的参与团体心理辅导态度量表、主动性人格量表、高校辅导员心理辅导胜任力量表对229名在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果 主动性人格在是否在学校任职方面存在显著差异。主动性人格、高校辅导员心理辅导胜任力、大学生参与团体心理辅导态度两两之间存在显著正相关关系（P<0.01），高校辅导员心理辅导胜任力在主动性人格、参与团体心理辅导态度正相关中发挥部分中介作用（β=0.037,P<0.01）。结论 主动性人格正向预测大学生参与团体心理辅导态度；高校辅导员心理辅导胜任力在主动性人格和参与团体心理辅导态度之间起部分中介作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influencing factors of college students’ attitude to participate in group psychological counseling.It provides certain references for counselors to carry out mental health education. Methods From September to December, 2021, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 229 college students by using the convenient sampling method, using the self-made attitude scale of participating group psychological counseling, active personality scale and psychological counseling competency scale of college counselors. Results There were significant differences in whether active personality was employed in school or not. There is a significant positive correlation between active personality, college counselors’ psychological counseling competence and college students’ attitude to participate in group psychological counseling(P<0.01), and college counselors’ psychological counseling competence plays a partial mediating role in the positive correlation between active personality and attitude to participate in group psychological counseling(β=0.037, P<0.01). Conclusion Active personality positively predicts the attitude of college students to participate in group psychological counseling. The competency of college counselors’ psychological counseling plays a partial intermediary role between active personality and attitude of participating in group psychological counseling.更多还原
