【摘要】 为探究中学生心理素质与心理健康的内在关系，本研究对10096名中学生开展问卷调查，完成了中学生心理素质问卷(简化版)、中学生心理健康量表和生活满意度量表。研究结果显示:(1)心理素质及其子维度均与生活满意度呈显著正相关，与心理健康问题及其子维度呈显著负相关;(2)心理素质及其子维度均显著正向预测生活满意度，显著负向预测心理健康问题;(3)具有较高心理素质的学生，有更高的概率属于高心理健康组。本研究为心理素质与心理健康关系模型提供实证依据，强调了心理素质对中学生心理健康水平的重要作用，为中学生心理健康教育的实施提供理论方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the relationship between the psychological suzhi and mental health of middle school students,this study conducted a questionnaire survey on 10096 middle school students,and they completed the middle school students’ psychological suzhi questionnaire(simplified version),middle school students’ mental health scale and life satisfaction scale. The research results showed that:(1) psychological suzhi and its sub-dimensions were significantly positively correlated with life satisfaction,and significantly negatively correlated with mental health problems and its sub-dimensions;(2) psychological suzhi and its sub-dimensions significantly positively predicted life satisfaction,and significantly negatively predicted mental health problems;(3) Students with higher level of psychological suzhi were more likely belonging to the high mental health group. This study provided an empirical basis for the relationship model between psychological suzhi and mental health,emphasized the important role of psychological suzhi on the mental health of middle school students,and provided theoretical directions for the implementation of middle school students’ mental health education.更多还原
