【Abstract】 Low sexual desire in women is the most common female sexual problem,and there is a lack of pharmacotherapies with proven efficacy. Although several therapeutic drugs have been approved internationally for the treatment of hypoactive sexual desire disorder( HSDD) in women,no medication has been formally approved in China yet. To promote clinical services for women’s sexual health,this paper reviews the research progress and clinical applications of drugs acting on various pathways,including monoamine pathway agents( flibanserin,buspirone,trazodone,bupropion),the melanocortin pathway agents( bremelanotide),hormonal agents( testosterone),peptides( orenetide),and traditional Chinese herbal medicines.更多还原
