【Abstract】 Cultural security within the context of national security refers to a state in which a country’s culture remains stable, free from threats, and capable of sustainable development. Its core components include ideological leadership, cultural sovereignty, cultural identity, and cultural governance capacity. Structurally, cultural security manifests in three dimensions: ideological security, cultural sovereignty and identity security, and the modernization of cultural governance systems and capabilities. To safeguard cultural security, it is imperative to uphold the Party’s overall leadership as the fundamental principle, systematically prevent and mitigate both internal and external risks, and synergistically promote the healthy development of cultural endeavors and the cultural industry.
