【摘要】 目的 明确博士论文盲审结果及总评分等级的关键影响因素，提出针对性的论文质量提升策略，为博士培养质量优化提供参考。方法 选取新疆医科大学第一临床医学院2019至2023年间182份博士学位论文盲审数据为研究对象，采用Logistic回归分析，探究论文内部4项评审指标（选题与综述、基础理论与专门知识、研究手段设计能力和创新性、写作能力与工作量）及外部因素对盲审答辩同意结果和总评分等级的影响，同时分析盲审结果与总评分等级的相关性。结果 论文内部因素对盲审结果和总体评价具有显著正向影响，选题与综述、基础理论与专门知识、研究手段设计能力与创新性、写作能力与工作量均显著提升同意答辩概率与总体评价等级（P均<0.05），其中研究手段、设计能力和创新性对是否同意参加论文答辩（OR=5.77,P<0.001）和论文总体评价（OR=5.24,P<0.001）的影响最为显著。外部因素中，性别、专业/领域等对盲审结果和总评分等级无显著影响（P均> 0.05）。送审时间作为控制变量，未表现出显著影响（P>0.05）。结论 博士论文质量提升的核心在于强化内部因素，尤其是研究设计与创新能力。应通过聚焦核心能力培养、加强过程监控、完善盲审机制等方式，系统性提升博士论文质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To identify key factors influencing blind review outcomes and overall grading of doctoral dissertations, propose targeted strategies for enhancing dissertation quality, and provide references for optimizing doctoral training quality.Methods Using blind review data from 182 doctoral dissertations at the First Clinical Medical College of Xinjiang Medical University between 2019 and 2023, this study employed logistic regression analysis to examine four internal review criteria(topic selection and literature review,foundational theory and specialized knowledge, research methodology design and innovation, writing skills and workload) and external factors affecting blind review approval rates and overall grading.The correlation between blind review results and overall grades was also analyzed.Results Internal factors of the thesis exerted a significant positive influence on blind review outcomes and overall evaluation. Topic selection and literature review, foundational theory and specialized knowledge, research methodology design capability and innovation, as well as writing ability and workload all significantly increased the probability of approval for defense and overall evaluation grade(P<0.05 for all). Among these, research methodology, design capability, and innovation had the most significant impact on approval for thesis defense(OR=5.77, P<0.001) and the overall thesis evaluation(OR=5.24, P<0.001). Among external factors, gender and discipline/field showed no significant impact on blind review outcomes or overall evaluation grades(P>0.05 for all). Submission time, as a control variable, did not exhibit significant influence(P>0.05).Conclusion Enhancing doctoral dissertation quality fundamentally hinges on strengthening internal factors, particularly research design and innovation capabilities. Systematic improvements should be pursued through focusing on core competency development, strengthening process monitoring, and refining the blind review mechanism.更多还原
