脾氨肽口服冻干粉辅助治疗小儿传染性单核细胞增多症效果

【摘要】 目的 观察脾氨肽口服冻干粉辅助治疗小儿传染性单核细胞增多症(Infectious mononucleosis,IM)的效果。方法回顾性分析,收集医院2021年12月至2023年12期间收治的88例IM患儿资料,其中44例接受常规对症治疗+更昔洛韦联合重组人干扰素α1b治疗的患儿纳入对照组,其他44例在对照组的基础上加用脾氨肽口服冻干粉治疗的患儿纳入观察组,持续治疗1周后评估疗效。记录本研究主要结局指标数据,包括各主要症状消退时间、治疗前后免疫功能相关指标,治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组整体治疗效果优于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组各主要症状消退时间均短于对照组(P<0.01)。较治疗前,观察组免疫球蛋白A(Immunoglobulin A,IgA)和免疫球蛋白G(Immunoglobulin G,IgG)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。在患儿接受1周治疗期间,组间不良反应的总发生率比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论 脾氨肽口服冻干粉辅助治疗小儿IM,能提高整体治疗效果,短时间内有效缓解患者症状并提升其免疫功能,药物安全可靠。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of spleen aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder as adjuvant therapy for infectious mononucleosis(IM) in children.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted to collect data from 88 children with IM admitted to the hospital from December 2021 to December 2023. Among them, 44 children who received conventional symptomatic treatment plus ganciclovir combined with recombinant human interferon α-1b were included in the control group, while the other 44 children who received spleen aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder in addition to the control group were included in the observation group. The efficacy was evaluated after one week of continuous treatment. The data of the main outcome indicators of this study were recorded, including the regression time of each main symptom, the related indicators of immune function before and after treatment, and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment.Results The overall treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The disappearance time of major symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01). Compared with before treatment, the levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA) and immunoglobulin G(IgG) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01). During the 1-week treatment period, there was no significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Spleen aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder as an adjuvant therapy for pediatric IM can improve overall treatment efficacy, effectively alleviate patient symptoms in a short period of time, and enhance their immune function. The drug is safe and reliable.
