【摘要】 目的 分析护理领域中工作场所欺凌的相关文献，了解该领域的研究现状、热点和发展趋势，为日后的相关研究提供思路。方法 检索Web of Science核心合集数据库，以“nurse”和“workplace bullying”为主要检索词，时间限定为2004年—2023年，运用CiteSpace6.3.R1软件对作者、机构、国家和关键词进行分析。结果 最终筛选出1377篇文献，国际上关于护理领域工作场所欺凌的文章发文量总体呈上升趋势，美国是发文量最多的国家，Fan,Lihua是发文量最多的作者，研究机构以大学为主。研究热点多集中研究人群及影响方面，研究前沿将朝着医疗保健人员、关系和生活质量等方向发展。结论 护理领域工作场所欺凌的研究热度不断上升，具有较大研究潜力，提示未来仍需加强机制探索，开展纵向、干预等研究，为降低工作场所欺凌提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the literature related to workplace bullying in the nursing field, understand the current status,research hotspots and future development trends in this field, and provide ideas for future related research.Methods We searched the Web of Science Core Collection database using "nurse" and "workplace bullying" as the main search terms, with a time range from2004 to 2023. CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software was used to analyze authors, institutions, countries and keywords.Results A total of 1377 articles were selected. The number of articles on workplace bullying in nursing showed an overall upward trend internationally. The United States contributed the most publications, and Fan Lihua was the most prolific author. Research institutions were predominantly universities. Current research hotspots primarily focus on specific study populations and their influencing factors, whereas the frontier is shifting toward emerging areas such as healthcare personnel, interpersonal relationships, and quality of life.Conclusion Research interest in workplace bullying within nursing continues to grow, underscoring its significance. These findings highlight the need for future efforts to prioritize mechanistic investigations and longitudinal or intervention-based studies to establish a theoretical foundation for combating this issue.更多还原
