精子发生与DNA甲基化关系
Relationship Between Spermatogenesis and DNA Methylation
【摘要】 精子的发生是经过高度调控的复杂生理过程,其中表观遗传学调控起着至关重要的作用。表观遗传学修饰包括DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、非编码RNA调控等,这些修饰在精子发生的各个阶段动态变化,任何异常都可能导致精子质量下降,引发不育。本文对有关少弱畸形精子症在表观遗传学的研究进展进行系统整理和分析概括。旨在梳理与精子发生和男性不育相关的关键基因,从而寻找可能的潜在发病机制,为后续的实验研究提供理论基础。
【Abstract】 Spermatogenesis is a highly regulated and complex physiological process in which epigenetic regulation plays a crucial role. Epigenetic modifications include DNA methylation, histone modifications, non-coding RNA regulation. These modifications change dynamically at various stages of spermatogenesis, and any abnormality may lead to reduced sperm quality and infertility. This paper provides a systematic compilation and analytical overview of epigenetic advances in the study of oligozoospermatogenesis. The aim is to eluciate the key genes associated with spermatogenesis and male infertility, so as to explore possible underlying pathogenic mechanisms and provide a theoretical basis for subsequent experimental studies.
