【摘要】 本专家共识由新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院牵头制定，联合53家医疗机构的108位专家共同撰写，旨在规范并提升新疆地区日间手术的质量与安全管理水平。首先明确了日间手术的定义、临床优势及术前与术中的适应证和禁忌证；其次系统阐述了日间手术患者的术前管理要点，包括患者评估、术前准备、多学科协作及患者教育等内容——其中在患者教育方面，共识创新性提出“双语宣教”模式，为区域特色医疗实践提供了新的参考方向；此外，还对术中管理（含麻醉准备、术中操作、围术期护理及意外处置）与术后管理（含术后恢复、并发症防控、出院标准及随访流程）进行了全面规范。本共识基于新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院5.7万例日间手术实践数据，参考国家卫生健康委《医疗机构日间医疗质量管理暂行规定》（2022）及708个推荐术式目录，结合国际日间手术恢复评分体系（Aldrete评分）、加速康复外科（ERAS）理念及国内相关专家共识，通过构建全面系统的管理体系与标准化操作流程，旨在为新疆地区日间手术的高质量开展提供循证依据与实践指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 This expert consensus was initiated by the People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and co-authored by 108 experts from 53 hospitals to enhance the quality and safety of day surgery in Xinjiang. Firstly, the definition, advantages, preoperative and intraoperative indications and contraindications of day surgery are introduced. Secondly, preoperative management for day surgery patients includes patient assessment, preoperative preparation, multidisciplinary collaboration, patient education, etc. In terms of patient education, the consensus innovatively proposes a "bilingual education" model, which may be a less mentioned practical innovation in literature from other regions. Intraoperative management includes anesthesia preparation, intraoperative procedures, perioperative nursing, and accident handling. Postoperative management includes postoperative recovery, complication prevention, discharge,and follow-up and referral procedures and standards. Through comprehensive and systematic management and standardized operations, the consensus aims to enhance the effectiveness of day surgery.更多还原
