木犀草素在骨关节疾病治疗中的研究进展
Research progress of luteolin in the treatment of bone and joint diseases
【摘要】 木犀草素作为一种极具显著生物活性的黄酮类化合物,广泛存在于多种天然植物中,临床应用形式丰富多样。近年来,诸多研究表明,木犀草素可通过调控多种信号通路,发挥抗炎、抗氧化、抑制破骨细胞活化及促进成骨细胞增殖等作用,在骨关节疾病治疗方面展现出巨大的潜力。本文从木犀草素的来源、结构、药动学特征及其治疗骨关节疾病的分子学机制等方面进行综述,以期为后续相关研究提供理论支撑和参考依据。
【Abstract】 Luteolin, an important flavonoid compound with significant bioactivity, is widely distributed in a variety of natural plants and is available in diverse clinical formulations. Numerous recent studies have discovered that Luteolin can modulate multiple signaling pathways, exerting its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, osteoclast-activating inhibition, and osteoblast-proliferating effects, thereby demonstrating potential therapeutic effects on osteoarticular diseases. This paper will employ a literature review method to systematically summarize and conclude the sources, structure, pharmacokinetic characteristics of Luteolin, as well as its pharmacological effects and mechanisms of action on different osteoarticular diseases The aim is to provide theoretical guidance and reference for future research, further exploring the application prospects of Luteolin in the treatment of osteoarticular diseases.
