【Abstract】 Luteolin, an important flavonoid compound with significant bioactivity, is widely distributed in a variety of natural plants and is available in diverse clinical formulations. Numerous recent studies have discovered that Luteolin can modulate multiple signaling pathways, exerting its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, osteoclast-activating inhibition, and osteoblast-proliferating effects, thereby demonstrating potential therapeutic effects on osteoarticular diseases. This paper will employ a literature review method to systematically summarize and conclude the sources, structure, pharmacokinetic characteristics of Luteolin, as well as its pharmacological effects and mechanisms of action on different osteoarticular diseases The aim is to provide theoretical guidance and reference for future research, further exploring the application prospects of Luteolin in the treatment of osteoarticular diseases.更多还原
