【Abstract】 Focusing on the pain points in cultivating higher vocational talent amid the transformation and upgrading of the decoration industry, this research centers on the "dual-tutor system." This model features collaborative education between on-campus theoretical tutors and enterprise practice tutors, implemented through school-enterprise cooperation, project-based teaching and information platforms. Currently, the "dual-tutor system" faces challenges such as poor school-enterprise coordination, uneven tutor competencies and an outdated evaluation system. Improvements can be made from four aspects such as institutional mechanisms, tutor database, evaluation system and technology empowerment so as to enhance the quality of talent cultivation.更多还原
