【摘要】 数字化浪潮正深刻变革高校思想政治教育的生态格局，如何在技术赋能与育人本位之间寻求动态平衡，已成为亟待回应的紧迫命题。数字化转型在释放育人效能的同时，也衍生出技术逻辑僭越价值引领、主体数字素养滞后、数据生态失准以及教育过程异化等多重困境。通过理论分析与现实观照的双重路径，系统审视数字化驱动下高校思想政治教育的演进逻辑，可以发现数字化从要素、过程与成效三重维度重构着思想政治教育的整体形态，而工具理性与价值理性的结构性张力则贯穿始终，成为制约数字化转型质效的深层症结。破解当前困局，需强化价值引领以匡正技术应用的育人导向，提升主体素养以推动教育者角色转型，优化数据治理以夯实精准思政的数据根基，并重构互动生态以增进教育过程的育人温度，从而助推高校数字化思想政治教育实现高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ongoing digital wave is fundamentally reshaping the landscape of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, raising an urgent question: how to strike a dynamic balance between technological empowerment and the core educational mission. Digitalization brings new opportunities to improve educational outcomes, but it also creates several problems. Technology logic tends to override value guidance, educators lack sufficient digital literacy, data ecosystems become unreliable, and the teaching-learning process grows increasingly alienated. Through theoretical analysis and empirical observation, this study examines the evolutionary logic of ideological and political education under digitalization. The results show that digitalization reconfigures this educational field from three interrelated aspects, namely its constituent elements, procedural dynamics, and resultant outcomes. Across all the three above, a persistent structural tension persists between instrumental rationality and value rationality. This tension ultimately becomes the fundamental barrier to achieving quality and effectiveness in digitally transformed ideological and political education. To resolve these dilemmas, we need to strengthen value guidance so that technological tools serve educational goals. We also need to upgrade the competencies of educators to facilitate their role transformation, to improve data governance to build a solid foundation for precision oriented ideological and political education, and to rebuild interactive ecosystems to restore human warmth in the educational process.
