C21二元酸钾的合成及性能
Study on Synthesis and Performance of C21 Dibasic Acid Potassium
【摘要】 以亚油酸和丙烯酸为原料,碘为催化剂,合成C21二元酸,经减压蒸馏提纯后,通过红外光谱、质谱表征产物结构。与KOH进一步中和生成C21二元酸钾。测定了C21二元酸钾的表面化学性能以及润湿、泡沫、乳化、去污等应用性能,并与月桂酸钾、油酸钾的相关性能作对比。结果表明:C21二元酸钾的γcmc=29.24 mN·m-1;C21二元酸钾在三者中润湿性能及去污性能最佳,其中润湿时间为89 s;C21二元酸钾的泡沫性能测定结果表明其应用于低泡洗涤剂中更有优势。
【Abstract】 C21 dibasic acid was synthesized with linoleic acid and acrylic acid as raw materials, iodine as catalyst. After purified by vacuum distillation, the structure of the product was determined by infrared spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. Further neutralized with KOH to form C21 dibasic acid potassium. The surface chemical properties and application performance such as wetting, foaming, emulsifying and decontamination of C21 dibasic acid potassium were measured and compared with correlation properties of laurate potassium and oleate potassium. The results show that the γcmc of C21 dibasic acid potassium is 29.24 m N·m-1. Among the three, C21 dibasic acid potassium has the best wettability and decontamination performance, among which the wetting time is 89 s. The results of foaming property determination show that it is more advantageous to be used in low foaming detergent.
