【摘要】 系统梳理2020—2025年孤独症家庭亲子互动疗法在干预中的应用，结果表明，亲子互动疗法能有效减少儿童外化问题行为，提升其社交与适应能力，同时改善亲子互动质量、减轻父母养育压力。干预效果在短期内可维持并可向自然情境泛化，且在不同群体的线上、线下干预中均体现出良好的适用性。未来应推动该疗法的本土化实践，拓展家庭与社区干预场景，完善长期效果评估体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper systematically reviews the application of Parent-Child Interaction Therapy(PCIT)in family interventions for Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD)between 2020 and 2025. The results indicate that PCIT effectively reduces externalizing problem behaviors in children,enhances their social and adaptive skills,improves the quality of parent-child interactions,and alleviates parental stress. The intervention effects are sustainable in the short term and can generalize to natural settings. Furthermore,PCIT demonstrates good applicability across different populations and in both online and offline formats. Future efforts should focus on promoting the localization of PCIT,expanding intervention scenarios within families and communities,and refining long-term outcome evaluation systems.更多还原
