【摘要】 面对少子化和老龄化，全龄友好社区的创建成为我国实施人口老龄化国家战略、促进人口长期均衡发展的重要抓手。文章在分析全龄友好社区研究兴起与进展的基础上，从基础理论、内容体系、实施途径、有效方法、发展目标等方面总结了全龄友好社区的研究框架，提出了创建全龄友好社区的规划启示：构建多代包容住房体系、调控全龄公共设施要素、营造代际互动公共空间、打造全龄无障碍生活场景、实现规划过程全龄参与。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the face of low fertility and aging, the establishment of multi-generational communities has become an important starting point to implement the national strategy of population aging and promote the longterm balanced development of population. Based on the analysis of the rise and progress of multi-generational community research, this paper summarizes the research framework of multi-generational community from the aspects of basic theory, content system, implementation approach, effective method and development goal, and puts forward the planning inspiration for creating multi-generational community: build a multi-generation inclusive housing system, regulate the elements of public facilities for all ages, create intergenerational interactive public spaces, create barrier-free living scenes for all ages, and realize the participation of all ages in the planning process.更多还原
